Pricing

From $399 for the first season, which covers the measure, the custom-cut commercial-grade lights, and the install. Most Lake Stevens homes run $399–$1,200 depending on roofline length and design — a single-story ranch with a clean front is at the low end; a two-story with multiple gables, window outlines and landscape lighting is higher.

Re-hang seasons cost less. Because you own the set and it’s pre-cut to your house, following years are mostly labor — install, in-season service, takedown and storage — at a lower flat rate.

Why book early

Installs run early November through mid-December, and the good slots go first — people book their install date in September and October. Booking early means:

• You pick your install week instead of taking what’s left
• Design and custom-cutting are done ahead, so install day is quick
