Roof Cleaning

A roof soft wash tuned for the Pacific Northwest and done to ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) and shingle-manufacturer cleaning guidelines. We apply our in-house roof treatment to dissolve moss, lichen and Gloeocapsa (the black streaking) at the root, let it dwell, then rinse the whole roof clean. You have two options: our recommended premium soft wash — low pressure, granule-safe — and a lower-cost budget powder treatment. On the premium wash, zero high pressure means zero granule loss and no voided shingle warranty.

House Washing

A full exterior soft wash for siding, soffits, fascia, trim and entryways. We lift the green algae film, pollen, spider webs and wasp nests that dull curb appeal — gentle on paint, caulk lines and window seals.

Pressure Washing

Commercial-grade pressure washing for surfaces that can take the force. Rotary surface cleaners deliver an even, line-free finish across concrete, then we follow with a post-treatment that kills the organic growth left in the pores and control joints, brightens the concrete back toward brand-new, and helps the clean hold that look longer. Hot water is on the truck for oil, gum and grease when a job calls for it.

Gutter Cleaning

We clear needles, leaves and grit from the gutter troughs, bag the debris, flush every downspout and flow-test each run. Photos of the cleared gutters are sent on completion. Exterior gutter-face brightening — removing the black "tiger stripe" staining — is available as an add-on through our separate Gutter Brightening service.

Gutter Brightening

Every rain runs a thin film of asphalt residue, pollen and pollutant fallout down the outside of your gutters, and over years it oxidizes into the black vertical streaks people call "tiger stripes." A hose will not touch it and neither will a plain gutter cleaning. We apply a gutter-brightening detergent, let it dwell on the stain and oxidation, agitate the heavy sections by hand, and rinse the whole line back toward new — low pressure only, so the factory finish stays intact.

Gutter Guard Installation

In fir and cedar country, open gutters clog every season. We install Raptor contractor-grade gutter guards — a Type 304 stainless steel micro-mesh (roughly 900 openings per square inch) on a rigid aluminum frame with a patented V-bend. It keeps needles, leaves, seeds and roof grit out while letting every inch of rain through, so water goes where it should and you never climb a ladder in November again. Existing gutters are cleaned and re-pitched first; panels are screwed down with stainless fasteners, not stapled or glued.

Christmas Light Installation

A custom-cut Christmas light service, not a box of 25-foot strings. We measure every roofline, ridge, peak, gable and window run on your house, then cut and end-cap each strand to the exact length for that section — no bunching at the corners, no dark gaps, no looped-up slack. Commercial-grade C9, C7 or mini bulbs and weather-rated wire go up on your scheduled date, tied into a timer. We swap any bulbs that fail during the season, take everything down in January, and store your labeled custom set so every year after is a fast, cheaper re-hang.

  • Every run cut to your exact rooflines, peaks and window trim — no bunching, no gaps

Before you book

How long does a typical house wash take?

Most single-family homes take 2–4 hours start to finish, including setup and clean-up. Larger or multi-story homes may run a half day.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. As long as we have water access and a way to reach gated areas, many customers are at work while we clean. We text before and after.

Can you get moss out of the gutters and off the roof in one visit?

Yes — roof soft wash, moss treatment and a full gutter clean-out are commonly bundled into a single appointment at a lower combined rate.

Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?

Yes — quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans for homes and commercial properties, at a lower per-visit rate than one-off cleans.
