Do you guarantee how long a clean will last?
We guarantee the work, not the weather. In our climate, organic growth always comes back eventually — how fast depends on shade, trees and exposure. What we guarantee is that the surface leaves clean, by the correct method, with no damage. A maintenance plan is how you keep it that way.
Can you provide proof of insurance for my HOA or property manager?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and will send a certificate of insurance naming your HOA or management company as certificate holder before we start. Ask for it with your quote.
What happens if something gets damaged during a job?
It is rare, because we match the method to the surface and protect what is around it — but if it happens, that is exactly what the liability coverage is for. We document, we report it to you immediately, and we make it right.
