Before you sign up
Is there a contract or a lock-in?
No long-term contract. Plans run visit to visit at a flat rate you know in advance. Pause it, change the scope, or cancel with a call — we would rather keep you because the work is good.
Why is a plan cheaper than booking one-off cleans?
Two reasons: we schedule efficiently around your area instead of a one-time trip, and there is far less growth to remove each visit because it never gets away from you. Plan visits are billed below our one-off rates.
Do plan customers get priority?
Yes. Plan visits are booked ahead on a set calendar, and if something comes up between visits — a windstorm fills a gutter, a tenant turns over — plan customers get moved to the front of the schedule.
What if I only want gutters, or only the roof watched?
That is fine. The Seasonal plan is essentially a gutter-and-check program. We build the plan around what your property actually needs, not a fixed package.
Can a plan include gutter guards or a one-time deep clean to start?
Yes. Many customers start with a Raptor gutter guard install or a full first clean, then drop onto a lighter plan to keep it that way.
