We move what is movable, then pre-treat moss, algae and organic staining so it releases instead of streaking.
Surface-clean the field
A rotary surface cleaner runs the open concrete at a controlled pressure for a line-free, even result.
Detail the edges
Borders, steps, curbs and tight spots are hand-wanded to match the field.
Post-treat & rinse
A post-treatment goes down across the concrete — killing the organic growth left in the pores and joints and brightening the surface toward new — then the whole area and adjacent siding are rinsed down.
Driveways and walkways typically run $99–$350 depending on square footage and staining — the brightening post-treatment is included. Larger flatwork and multi-surface jobs are quoted after a look.

What is the difference between this and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses mechanical force for hard surfaces that can take it — concrete, brick, pavers, stone. Soft washing uses low pressure and detergent for anything force would damage: siding, roofs, wood.
How long will the concrete stay looking new?
The post-treatment kills the organic growth in the pores and slows what regrows in the joints, so a cleaned-and-treated surface holds its look noticeably longer than a plain rinse. In deep shade it will still green up eventually — a light yearly touch-up or a maintenance plan keeps it ahead.
Will it damage my pavers or take out the sand?
Not the way we do it. We keep the pressure and angle controlled, and we can replace polymeric jointing sand as an add-on if a surface needs it.
Can you get oil stains out of the driveway?
Usually a good deal lighter. For oil and grease we bring hot water and a degreaser; deep, old staining fades but may not disappear completely.
