Every run is cleared by hand and the debris is bagged and taken with us — nothing blown onto the roof or the beds.
Flush the downspouts
Each downspout is run with water and flow-tested; minor clogs are cleared on the spot.
Check pitch & hangers
We eyeball the slope to the downspouts and note any loose hangers or seam leaks so you know what to keep an eye on.

We send photos from the ladder showing the cleared troughs and the confirmed flow.

Do you clean the outside of the gutters too?
That is our Gutter Brightening add-on — a soft wash of the exterior faces that removes the black "tiger stripe" staining, not just the debris inside. It is quoted on top of the cleaning, or bundled at a lower combined rate.
How often should gutters be cleaned around here?
Twice a year for most homes with any conifers nearby — late spring after the seed drop and late fall after the leaves. Open lots with no trees can often go once a year.
