Christmas Light Installation, cut to your rooflines
Custom-cut commercial-grade lights, professionally hung, serviced, taken down and stored — you never touch a ladder.
Christmas Light Installation — done properly
A custom-cut Christmas light service, not a box of 25-foot strings. We measure every roofline, ridge, peak, gable and window run on your house, then cut and end-cap each strand to the exact length for that section — no bunching at the corners, no dark gaps, no looped-up slack. Commercial-grade C9, C7 or mini bulbs and weather-rated wire go up on your scheduled date, tied into a timer. We swap any bulbs that fail during the season, take everything down in January, and store your labeled custom set so every year after is a fast, cheaper re-hang.
What Christmas light installation is up against in the Northwest
Dark by 4:30
Puget Sound winters are long and grey. Lights up right after Thanksgiving buy months of curb appeal exactly when the neighborhood needs it.
Weather-rated for here
Commercial bulbs and wire that hold up to Northwest wind, rain and freeze — not the store strings that half-fail by New Year's.
No ladder in December
Steep, wet, moss-slick winter roofs are the worst place to be on a ladder. We measure, hang, service and take down — you stay inside.
Every job, every time
- Every run cut to your exact rooflines, peaks and window trim — no bunching, no gaps
- Commercial-grade C9 / C7 / mini bulbs and weather-rated wire, not big-box strings
- Clips sized to your shingles or gutters; wiring routed out of sight and put on a timer
- In-season service — burnt-out bulbs swapped free
- January takedown plus labeled storage for a quick re-hang next year
Four steps, no surprises
Measure & design
We measure every roofline, ridge, peak, gable and window run, then lay out the design with you — warm white or multicolor, C9, C7 or minis, plus wreaths, garland and tree wraps.
Custom-cut the strands
Each run is cut and end-capped to the exact length for that section of the house, so the line is even and tight with no slack looped at the corners.
Install on your date
Clips sized to your shingles or gutters, wiring routed out of sight and tied into a timer. Everything is up and tested before we leave.
Service, takedown & storage
We swap any bulbs that fail during the season, take it all down in January, and store your labeled custom set for a fast re-hang next year.
The first season covers the measure, custom-cut commercial-grade lights and installation — most homes run $399–$1,200 depending on roofline length and design. Re-hang seasons (service, takedown and storage included) are a lower flat rate.
Want it kept up automatically? Put it on a maintenance plan for a lower per-visit rate.

Before you book
What does "custom-cut" actually mean?
Instead of hanging pre-made 25-foot sets and hiding the leftover, we measure your house and cut every strand to the exact length of that roofline, ridge or window. You get a clean, even line with no bunching and no gaps — and it goes up faster and cheaper every year after.
Do I own the lights, or is it a rental?
You own them. The first season covers the measure, the custom-cut commercial-grade lights and the install. After that you are mostly paying for labor — hang, in-season service, takedown and storage — so the price drops.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run early November through mid-December and we book up fast, so reserve early. Takedown is in January, weather permitting. Your set comes down labeled and stored for next year.
Can you match a specific look?
Yes — all warm white, multicolor, C9 or C7 bulbs, mini-lights, plus wreath and garland lighting and tree wraps. Tell us the look you want and we design to it.
